THE YOUTH IN THE POLITICAL SYSTEM

It is beyond expectation that the forces of change rely mainly on the strength of the youth because mostly of our population compromise the youth sector.
We can't deny the fact that malicious intent can now be clearly perceived because of the fast approaching national election. Students are urged to organize, hold and conduct activities while others while others are persuaded to participate actively in youth involvement that would meet the politico's vested interests. In fact, they have the courage in pulling and sweeping all the youth to win over the battle according to his personal vision. It is the process, therefore, of leveling and playing the field for the potential players in the political arena.
With this political landscape, the youth should be cognizant enough to feel the external forces around. We should be objective and critical in dealing these social ills and should be wary of their "gifts". In political maneuver it might be very easy for them to gain your sympathy. Their wealth is another big plus factor, it would be very difficult for the true and dedicated candidates to get elected with such a system like this.
Let us be reasonable and open our eyes to the unscrupulous body politics. It is now time to fight, in the defective political system, the power that corrupts, poverty, economic crisis, injustices and the likes. Get involved, for the country's clamor for said change and genuine electoral system...
Now, we should start to reach and serve the community. Remember "No sweet fruit can be picked from a sour seed". We must be vigilant to those opportunistic politicians.
Today we can do something.Read news articles more frequently and look for a job if you don't have one. Don't just sit there doing nothing! contribute to our country's progress. Look for jobs and earn income...
